She runs so fast but leaves no tracks
So graceful and so fleet
With legs so strong and beautiful
And black and potent feet
Her fur, so sleek, a brown so deep
Her eyes, blue as the sea

Near by watches a beast

His eyes were pitiless and red
A man, a fiend, a curse
The doe, the man, their eyes, they met
The blue into the red
And just before the man could shoot
The doe, she turned and fled
The world is ripped beneath her feet
Cold silver in her head
And just like that with out warning
Life’s great beauty, dead
And the legs that once ran over hills
No longer strong but frail

But as quickly as it comes, it leaves

Gun ready, Blood lusting Man
