The Black Queen

A polish meticulously kept
A position most jealously guarded
She waits for no Knights and Kings
She plans beyond home and family
A movement quick and agile
A sharp steely slice in diagonal
She turns left and right, turns the knife
She fights a man’s fight, yet is frail
A cleanly defined silhouette
A clearly designed attack strategy
She plays to subvert and overthrow
She’s the power and will to control aptly…
