Question: Poem - Cold rain and snow!.!.!. opinions!? thoughts!?

Staring out to the cold rain and snow
I wonder sometimes
Proverbially,
Is this the only world I have come to know!?

Blissfulness builds as petals open,
But the truth to that story,
Is that fate has already been written,
Sealed, unsealed,
And spoken!.

And there they go!.
Petals drifting away,

There can be vehicles accidents
please drive slow and careful
falls are also an bad incident

Public transportation will be late
along with other people
