DESPONDENT

Here for tomorrow
or the next day,
praying for the now
eternally a waste!.

If I let go,
slip a little

am I condemning myself!?

Forever to be alone,
let life slip by,
end connection with
Elysian fantasies!.
Time is the only thing,
insane as it might seem,
never letting go its strangle-hold;
guiding us along our way!.

Grief is the road I follow
effortful and long,
straight and narrow never
took me as right!.
Until the end I'll wonder,
reaching for a God not there,
eventually, I'm sure I'll find the truth!.!.!.such as it is!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Had I words of gold to speak
Or sweet words to soothe
Perhaps some magic word's I'd seek
Each one your heart would move!.

Knowledge fails,
Even music pales,
Except those of our dreams!.
Perhaps I'd chant the ancient themes
So you may not suffer more, nor drown in restless streams!.

Utter not these plaintive wails
Speak no more of pain

All is not a burden
Life is not a chore
If you have hope, I'm certain
Vexed, you'll be no more!.

unfortunately the truth to your search is the very thing you deny
God is exactly right where you are reaching for Him
He's not going to parade into your bedroom in the middle of the night and ask you to join Him for tea!. He's going to be where you are at exactly the moment you need Him if you decide at that point to believe in Him!. That's where God is- not manifested in images left in burnt toast and crying statues of Mary!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
