Question: What do you think of my friend's poem!?
It's kind of in the middle of a larger poem, but tell me what you think
To the white sand I may speak a name, fertile
Albeit in a stranger tongue!. Tree names, flower names
Deliberate, gainsay death's brittle cript!. Meanwhile
The wind that knots itself in one great death--
Coils and withdraws!. So syllables want breath!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Reminiscent of Shakespeare, and Milton, I agree!. In the style of classic English literature!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
One of the few decent poems that I've seen posted here!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Interesting, but to me your friend seems too caught up in using big difficult words to worry so much about the symbolism or sense!. Perhaps it would make more sense taken in context of the greater poem, but as it is, only bits and pieces seem to make any sense!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
