Here's the poem I brought to school, but it may not be my favorite poem (I don't have one, or at least I don't know if I have one):
Dreams by Langston Hughes
"Hold fast to dreams
For if dreams die
Life is a broken-winged bird
That cannot fly!.
Hold fast to dreams
For when dreams go
Life is a barren field
Frozen with snow!."
Here's a funny one that my classmate made up:
"Haikus are crazy!.
Sometimes they don't make much sense!.
REFRIGERATOR!."
