To believe in something intangible…
What is the point!?
Would you feign knowledge of something
You could not grasp!?
Though in this blind hope
Faith
Whatever it is,
Maybe we can find a simple truth
A thing worth believing in
Without the belief there is only void
Hollow
Shapeless
Want
Nothing
And we die inside to destitution and…
Depression
Of spirit
And of self
So to believe in something intangible…
Aren’t most things in life
As such!?
Taking faith just to smell the roses
Because someone put them there
Faith
Is
Not tolerated
Anymore!
All we have is numbness and
Depression
And the pharmacies are making
Their weight in gold
So
Without faith
There is only despair
