For oh so long she's lived alone,
As she casts her spells of black.
The queen of all that she surveys,
Bringer of pleasure and pain.

She whispers softly in my mind,
awakening deep dark desires.
I beg for this just give me strength,
To survive from her one single kiss.

I drown in eyes as black as tar,
I try to hide to no avail.
Embrace me now the wind blows cold,
Desperate cries and muted moans.

I have seen death and despair,
my fate ahead, begins again.
The sky cries out in silent pain,
Time has come, my soul is drained.

This poem works on many levels. I read it from more that one vantage point and am not unsatisfied.
the first reading was as an imagined newborn just coming into the world and speaking to its mother, then as a man speaking to his lover or again as an old man on his deathbed talking to his God about his grim reaper, a woman. Good Work
