PUNCTUATION

I started with capital letters
For the world was large and bright
Alive with exclamation marks
And question marks for light

Then a spatter of semi-colons
Provisos and parentheses
And still-born hypotheses
And halting "If..." clauses
With commas at each turn
Till the light held dark pauses

And now the inverted commas
For all I have left
Is talk and innuendo
Till the final full stop
That's the way we all go.

ive got a better rhyming poem then that.....

There was an old woman from leeds
Who swallowed a packet of seeds
In less then an hour
Her ti ts where a flower
And her fanny was covered in weeds

oh so thats how its gonna be eh......

There once was an uncle called gray
He played yahoo answers all day
He made fun of me
But i'll just let him be
Im the better poet, come what may !

it was good, seems like mostly a metaphor poem, but still creative

You should write songs :)
