Question:Parted by Oceans Far and Wide

Parted by oceans far and wide,
Even then I'm by your side,
Every moment of every day,
I love you in every way.

Parted by distance, time and space,
I just think of your beautiful face,
And every time i think of you,
I just know that we'll get through.

Parted by air, winds and skies,
I just know our love will rise,
My love for you just really shows,
That like a river, our love flows.

Parted by mountains, rocks and earth,
You always give me such great mirth,
Now you know you have nothing to fear,
Because you know i'll always be here.

thats a great poem, its so great, well and well....... i like it

yes, it reads well and is very touching... but still, it lacks that certain oomph, if you know what i mean. it kind of is buoyed by a little too many cliches.

hope you don't mind me saying that, it's just constructive feedback. all said, it rhymes nicely and if i were the receiver, i'd be one happy girl all the same.

i think its a nice poem ..ok lets say on the scale 1 to 10 its 7
