Energy I think we'll discover is just another state of matter!. As such it is just as controlable as any other matter once we learn how to work with that state of it just as we have learned how to work with solids, liquids and gases!.

Yes I do believe there is more to this world than items which are in one state of mass or another!. I wouldn't call it energy though!. As for control some people are born with at least a little control over it!. Some far more!. In general it happens to us more than we happen to it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
