It's saying that the people in the world who are really the poorest are the ones that people think are rich!. As in, the people who we all think have it made, who always seem so happy, who seem like they have everything they could ever want!.!.!.these are the people who are actually the worst off!. Perhaps because they hide their feelings inside them, and they know the world expects them to be happy, so they try to look as happy as possible when really they're not!. So it all gets bottled up until they're almost exploding!.!.!.but they keep a smile on their face!. After all, they have so much, to be acting sad would be ungrateful!? It could also be referring to people who spent their lives chasing money, luxury, and material things and got them!. These are the people who are the worst off because they will soon realize these things can't actually make them happy, and will feel empty!. But again, they can't act sad, because we all expect them to be happy!

It's generalizing, I know, but I'm explaining the quote!. :DWww@QuestionHome@Com

People that are suppose to be happy are generally not happy!. Because people that are rich and famous you think are happy people, but actually they are not!. They have so much emotional stress over them and don't know what to do!. They are confused and lost, but people just scoff and say, "You have all the money in the world to be happy!." Money does not bring happiness!. It can actually bring sorrow and great stress!. That is what the quote is saying!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
