The Mayan calender was based on Venus which runs on a 256 year cycle!. It happens to end when the Venus Cycle meets the Solar cycle at the winter solstice, which will happen next in 2012!. All calenders end someplace, that just happens to be how far the Mayans carried theirs!. They are known to have made another prediction, that there God would return to them!. Cortez showed up at the time that they expected him and they confused Cortez with him!. That is not a good track record as far as I can tell!. By the way Harold Camping is predicting the end will be October 2011, but Kreskin is saying our economy won't improve for 4 years, which is 2013, he has the best record of anyone here in mentioned!.Www@QuestionHome@Com the acient myans had a complex calander that was amazing accurate, esp!. for that time period, and it predicted that the world was going to end in 2012, sooz a lot of people are scared :(Www@QuestionHome@Com Omg i know its so weird i honestly have not one idea why!.
