Breaking news: don't think your gut is some kind of independent entity that act on its own!. What people call guts is the place where both brain and heart meet!. It's the point of balance!. Sometimes the heart can't give you an answer because it's carried away by emotions and the brain obeys to very strict rules of thinking!. Since they alone can't help you,there's guts,the meeting point,where you get the best of both!. So gut isn't properly smart,it's just intuitive!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Don't think so, although I do have a gut feeling that when my gut is 'speaking' it does have something to tell to keep into account!.
