Question: Do you think the reason of the unhappiness is to wish the things that you can't have!?
Please excuse if my question have some spelling mistakes but I don't write well the english!.
I now, this is not the only reason but maybe the most important!?

Attachment causes unhappiness when you lose what you were attached to, like when your parents get old and die or a friend moves far away!.

Desire for things that aren't realistic is another cause!. If your heart is set on having something, yearning can turn to an aching!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

This is the Buddhist philosophy - part of the 4 Noble Truths (the second one in fact)!. I don't necessarily agree that it is the ONLY cause of unhappiness, but it certainly is an important one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

for me the reason of unhappiness is to think that you don't have enough, so you need more and more and more!.
