For many philosophy does nothing!. With ponderings such as "does a tree make noise when it falls if there is noone there to hear it!?" or "which came first the chicken or the egg!?", can you blame them for the "who cares" attitude!? Philosophy is for the thinkers not the workers!. Workers need something that does something!.
