No, the universe was started when the big bang happend and all matter in the universe suddenly spilled out!. We do not know of the universe is a self contained entity, or if it abides by the very laws and rules that exist within it!.
If it follows these rules, there are many ways that Temporl Theorists speculate that the universe will end!.!.!.some based in logic!.!.!.others not so much
