My sweetheart, Sue !.!.!. I absolutely love her!. Through and throiugh!. It's so deep I just get breathless !.!.!. truly!.

Here's a poem I wrote for her, shortly after we met:

"Sunrise on a Man (Before the Dawn)"

I walk along the beach,
Watching clouds roll seaward from the slopes
Of mountains I have climbed
And hope, once more,
That today the sun will rise, clear and golden,
On this passing shore!.

As dawn breaks, those fleeting clouds will part,
And brilliant rays of light will pierce the canyons,
Spraying ‘cross the sacred valley of my heart, to bring
new color to the reds and greens
Of old volcanic soil, and the budding spring,
that form the fabric of my world!.

Shifting forms of white and blue and gray
on winds I cannot always trust,
thrusting thought toward well-worn patches of my life,
Made bright again by a new sun, a sun that has always been,
Breaking through the haze, clearing out the shadows that have lingered,
Transient, for so long!.

You are my sun!.
Your melody arose on my horizon,
a new song, with fresher tones,
and lyrics I’ve not heard for years!.
The tunes of love and life and laughter,
Strengthening my foot steps,
Drying ancient tears!.

I ask myself, “Did angels spread their wings
To brush away these willful grays!?
Has fate become my ally once again,
After these ten thousand days!?
And why, is sunlight shining where
It hasn’t been before!?
Perhaps, this time in life,
Will bring me something more!.

Okay, here comes the least popular answer but the most truthful I can give!. My most favorite person in my whole life is myself!.

I have made many mistakes!. Yet in spite of that and sometimes because of them, I have lived a rich and varied existence!. I have loved a lot and if questioned as to who have I ever hated, I am stuck for an answer!.

From yet another point of view, I see us all as one, which nullifies your good question!. I do not always understand the other person and I am sure most do not understand me, so that makes us even on that score, as it should be if the universe is indeed a balanced stage on which we strut as Willy said!.

My grandmother on my Dad's side!. I never knew my other Grandmother because she died when I was 2 so all I had was Grandma Estelle!. She was like having 2 grandmothers in one because she showed me more unconditional love than anyone I knew growing up!. She is in a nursing home now and it saddens me that she is not close by!. She is the most beautiful person inside and was very funny and had a quick wit!. Sometimes she and I would think the same things at the same time and she always understood me!.
