I love that phrase - "it is said" - because it means so little!. People will say anything!. The one thing that you can say about people is that we are all different and what applies to one person will not necessarily apply to another!. So for some true love might be a once in a life time experience but not for others!. There are probably many for whom true love is an impossible concept to grasp or enjoy!. It would be sad if someone who had found true love when they were very young and whose "love of their life" died, were doomed never to find another person with whom to have a loving relationship!. But I'm sure that it has happened many times!. My wife and I have discussed what we would do if one of us died and we both agree that life is too short and that we would be happier getting into a new relationship fairly quickly!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

What is true love!? No such thing exists in my mind!. Love cannot be false, and so one cannot have such a statement as "true love"!. One may love someone so much that he/she is willing to give up their life for the person but what if the other person does not care!? What is this called!? = Unrequited love!. If two people love one another, unconditionally (the most painful), they will be together always, until death!. However, love is a feeling and feelings can change!. It is much better to not love than to love and get your heart broken!. I despise how there are so many words for different feelings!. I suppose for some this quote is true!. But no, I don't agree!. With the understanding that this is a totally personal situation!. Some believe that each of us has a "soulmate!." And I emphasize A, meaning one!. I don't believe that there is only one!.

Say that you're in love at 16!. Then when you're 25 you find that you're in love again!. Is the love you feel at 25 any less than what you felt at 16!?

How strange it looks that LOVE needed an adjective ''True" indicating there is a 'False' LOVE too!.

No!.There is only LOVE !.No two such things as true and false!.

It is like telling True TRUTH and False TRUTH!.There are no such things!.

If the LOVE with the First Girl friend is not LUST but LOVE, there would never have been a second girl friend!.

The word ''Happens'' is also wrong, I feel, because LOVE is an emotional feeling and so it is ''FELT'' not happens!.
