The matter is it is almost happening but we do not know!. We call this as fate!. If your watch your own self keenly, perfectly and honestly you may come to this conclusion!. If you go further you can even predict your future problems and escape from it!. This we call as "winning the fate"!. Yet the justice is there!. Sinned people are punished!.
