Question: How do you get a better understanding of yourself!? can you truely understand yourself and the things you do!?

You have to be real and honest!. COMPLETELY!.

Forget the past!. Forget the DNA!.

Write down or video all you do!. Look at it scrutinize it and if possible get help!. Cheer for your good stuff!. BE REAL and honest!.

Change what is not good and not good for you!. Keep and own the fabulous about you!.

If you want to know WHY you do what you do and not just own it and stop or starting doing what you should do, you will possibly never do it!.

It could be that was the leaning in the dna, it could be nature or nurture, it could be bad habit or beginning, it could be lack of self awareness or control!.

Just scrutinize yourself, forget the whyfore and work on the what now!.

Thats what helped me!. No excuses, no reason not to better NO MATTER WHAT!.

(get help if you need it, but I bet if you have a problem and be real about it, and work at it you will do fine, it's hard, sometimes you have to ask others but!.!.!.)

1!. What do I look like!.
2!. What do I act like!.
3!. WHAT DO I LIKE ABOUT ME!.
4!. What is real!? What is imagined!? What is unchangable!?

I dunno thats how I see it!. Seeing the flaws and doing nothing, to me is the worse!. Seeing them and saying nothing I can do, or its too hard, has been my big downfall!. Cause when I got in a jam and it was only me and me standing in my way!.!. I had to!.!.

I get a better understanding of myself when I failure!. When doing something wrong!. I understand that I am not perfect!. I realize that I have to learn more and more!. We never stop from learning!.

We need to be better listeners, analyse what we are reading, what comes to our mind or hear from others mouth!. We need to follow the correct direction from God!. This is the way to go in the path of perfection!.

God created us perfect but corruption, sin, enter to this world through evil spirits that talked to the mind of men and perfection was lost!. Jesus Christ came to put everything in place in men's life, but not many can received the message because they are so deep in lust that it is difficult for them to believe and to come out from there because of their own will!. They are so ajusted to be there that they believe that what they are doing is right but they do not know that out of there are waiting for them the eternal of God, a beautiful life full of blessing from our creator Lord Father God that we inherit through His beloved Son Jesus Christ by His sacrify for us!. But a lot of them as I told you are wrap up in sin that they can not see the light that shines above of them!.

Now through Jesus Christ the Son of God, He who's life was given in exchange for our salvation, to bring us from the darkness to the eternal life have teaching me and guide me in His path of understanding for me to understand myself and the things I do!.
