Theoreticaly yes it would be possible! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Peer or project review is a necessity in formation of components!. Unfortunately it hinders and obstructs progress for those with a set agenda, mindful of the engineering of all obstructants, and able to allay any impediments fuelled by the so called review boards seeking to examine phenomena without the requisite comprehensive data and information to hand!. As an open confrontation or meeting has not transpired of the two opposing operatives, and almost all review in based upon software than company policy!. The software data is inexorably unsurpassed and a pioneer in a major league of ingenuity and data formation for many strata of global enterprise!. Peer review is a misleading misnomer and term for what is a debacle and travesty of a heinous proportions!. We fall in danger and are exposed to being sucked into vacuous dense foliage unable to sense awareness of occurrences at play, we sense these incidents but a lack of guile or fortitude prohibits exhibiting or voicing fears!. The project is undeniably a success, subversive manipulations ensure its underground presence remains obscure and confusing!. Hence the submarine remains submerged in a bizarrely apt and inanely perverse placement of arbiter ramification!.!.!.!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
