You Bet! I've benn with my feonce' for over 4 years now and when we get married, we will be together for more than 5 and she is the love of my life!. Happiness is just one of the emotions that we are capable of experiencing!. Expecting to be happy all the time and throughout time is an unrealistic expectation of life!.

Happiness is also subjective!. What makes you happy may not make me happy and vice versa!. Happiness also has an addictive property to it!. In the struggle against unhappiness, many have turned to drugs, alcohol, sex, gambling and other behaviours that in the beginning provide pleasure or happiness, but only lead to misery!.

Happiness comes and goes!. Accept it when it happens and know that it will return again at some point!.
