One surefire way to lose happiness is by alienating yourself from the things and the people that bring you joy!.

To preserve and protect your own happiness, it is important to hold close the people you love and care for; alienating them only causes deeper sadness!. Yet sometimes we all do that in moments of depression - it causes us to repel the things (and the people) we probably need the most!.

It is also important to continue to immerse yourself in the THINGS you feel passionate about, to seek out and explore activities that will provide mental stimulation, and to be flexible enough to be able to embrace and indulge in a little healing spontaneity!.

Setting your bar by the standards of others will also sap all the happiness out of anything you do!. If we are true to ourselves and our own heartfelt desires we have a better chance of attaining real happiness!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

happiness is viewed upon in different perspectives!. There is happiness surmounting by the presence of your children, your family(mother,siblings etc), happiness with friends, jobs etc!. in all these examples i mentioned above, i feel very happy!. But such happiness is balanced with emptiness by losing my feelings towards romantic love, that i know i can not love again, no matter what fate brings me!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
