Question: What is the real time!?
In all different countries it's a different time, and if the laws of time are true, then time is only a single thing!. I mean, the time of day isn't really time as such, time is more how long things take, but how accurate is it really!? And if we check our watch 'it's 9:58" and then check someone elses watch "your watch says 10:04" and then we check our computer clock "oh this clock says its 9:45" I mean, how do we really know which is the wrong time!? And people always say stuff like "it's 10 past 4" when really, to be accurate, it's 4:12 or something, but that might not be right, because time is completely different on another persons watch!. This is going to make my head explode soon it's so confusing!. Does anyone have a theory!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Its not relative in the human-perspective sense of the word!. Rather, its relative as an objective entity in the universe!.!.!. it passes at varying rates!. Scientifically, its a relative thing!.!.!. as in Einsteins theory of Relativity!. But its not an individualized subjective thing!.

How we measure time is man-made!. We use solar, lunar, sidereal, and who knows what else!.

The actual time is measured from the start of the universe!. But it has been effected by gravity and whatnot, so that it is not the same universal time everywhere in the universe!.!.!. as time has passed more slowly in some places!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

First time is a human created concept to help measure the 'passing of time!.' Second if I remember correctly, time 'starts' at Greenwich Mean Time and the time zones around the world move from the east and toward the west from this zone!. Lastly, time is relative!. If you have a need to be exceptionally precise with time, then you are setting yourself up for a world of annoyance!. It is going to make you crazy and it will affect you until the day you die (unless you live alone on a mountaintop or somewhere like that)!. Good luck and try to chill!

there no real time but relative time!. what is the specific time depends on what is the reference you choose!. the time and space are unified but not absolute so when the position of a object is changed and so does its time!. for example, if you are leaving from me, my time is slow in your watch and so does your time!. but if you are moving towards me, my time is fast in your watch, and so does yours!.
since no object can obtain a speed exceeding the light, the time cannot go back in anybody's eyes!.
is it clear!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, time isn't a constant!. Time is relative, just like everything else!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you have problems with this, wait till you get to colors in the first grade!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

time is man made!.!.!.we decided that there would be 24 hours in one day
we made it all up!.!.!.is there REALLY such thing as 9:58 or 10:04 or 9:45!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Now!. Everywhere you go, what everyone will agree on is the time of "Now"!. Not 2:00 not 3:00 not 12:00, but NOW "o'clock"!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Time is about our own perceptions!. In Western Cultures we see it as a linear stream passing by us as we live life!. It extends into the past and the future, and we think of it as real, like a ruler!. We do have other time lines, consider dreams!. Australian aboriginals see what has been called "Dream Time or "The Dreaming" as an infinite parallel time to our own subjective time, not necessarily linear, and more real than our own subjective time!. Other cultures have ideas like this!.

The reason there are different time zones is for navigation and to help line our perceptions up with the sun, so days look more or less the same to everyone!. Basically you can set your watch to anything you like (consider daylight saving time)!. The local time simple provides a common reference for all the people in one region!.

For the world there is a standard time which is based on Greenwich Mean Time, and is now called UTC!. This is helpful for people in different zones to refer to each others time (and navigation again)

There is also an astronomical time, which is used to observe objects in the COSMOS, providing a common reference!. It differs slightly!. Time is measured in different ways when high precision is needed, for example the time the earth takes to go round the sun (year), the time the earth takes for a single revolution (day)!. These are references useful for particular applications!.

Time is important to us all, and the ability to measure it accurately helps us to understand and control our lives!. The rate of something happening involves how long it takes!. We can predict the seasons!. We can meet people conveniently!.

With the Einstein theory of relativity time can change, and it depends on where the observer is, but this only becomes noticeable at very high speeds and leads to weird effects that are not in our day to day experience!. We have been able to measure the small time difference in two very precise clocks taken round the earth in opposite directions!.

So time is about our perceptions, and is relative rather than absolute, though our perceptions see it as absolute mostly!. That is probably what makes your head spin!. You have an absolute view of time, yet you are being told that it is different!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well "Time"(meaning-a system that provides a structure for past and what has been or happened!.) "Time" that is used by everybody on the globe, but differers, depending on your location, is only an illusion created for the use on mankind!. But for "THE TIME" which you speak of, that separates from human involvement, is actually the "NOW AND WHAT EVER HAS BEEN"!. You cannot place a certain time line on "TIME" because we don't know when time started!. Well what I'm trying to say is that, there is no right or wrong, because honestly, nobody really knows!. All we have is the now!. Im sorry, I hope this doesn't confuse you anymore!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
