loyalty is a response to an ideal or authority while dedication is a the biggest contributing factor to loyalty!.!.and let me add honesty and care too!.!.

you cant have one without the other!.

loyalty without dedication is a passive kind of loyalty
and dedication without loyalty is called hypocrites (tism)

I honestly do not believe that men have the capability of giving as much loyalty as women do!. I believe they cheat a lot easier than a woman does (not that women don't cheat too!!!)!. But I believe than men can be more dedicated to their jobs!.

I believe they are the same!. To me, if you have loyalty and dedication, meaning someone will be by your side emotionally and physically through anything you may encounter, you have everything you will need!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
