That is perhaps one of the oldest questions ever asked; and it is a good one!. There are, of course, many schools of thought that can 'confidently' answer this question!. However, from my studies and experience, the answer is somewhat different than most!. We each create our own reality!.!.!.our own infinite reality!. We are each an infinite universe, that is constantly expanding!. A universe that is spontaneous and ever changing!. We are eternally in a state of flux, or motion!. Within this constant state of motion we teach ourselves through our intent and spontaneous creativity!. This is the essence of all life; 'big' and 'small!.' You are a universe, constantly expanding and always in a state of becoming!. Even in quantum physics they have found that the universe is not the 'little box' that many other schools of thought have taught!. You are who you believe you are!. Your reality is based on your beliefs and expectations!. You focus energy with your thoughts which stem from your beliefs, and are energized by your emotion!. It is by this process that we create our daily lives!. If one believes that they are limited, than they experience a reality of limitations!. On one level, you are a consciousness that experiencing life in a body made of flesh and blood!. We know what happens to the flesh and blood part eventually, but we don't know what happens to the consciousness!.
