Question: Is no one beyond redemption!?
I've heard this saying before that "No one is beyond redemption" and I thought it was an interesting concept!. This question isn't necessarily about the religious view of redemption, but just in general!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

ethically you can cross the line and return but morally you will never get back over the line!.

The redemption of each lies in understanding and mastery of its own will!. There exist unrepentant hardened persons of deception and illicit deceit who have gained knowledge sufficient to manipulate and lead astray to their whim others of such an impressionable nature!. It is therefore adjudged that the redemption of all lies with a greater power than they consider themselves to be!. Redemption is not willingness to reform, rather it is also for someone to care enough to expend time of reformation of a scurrilous character!. There are many willing to readily tow the line, as equally quick to abscond and jump ship when inclement weather or times of trial befall!. Redemption itself therefore is a Science of spiritual ascension and the desire or inspiration supplicate and reform another contentious another will!. Few are so munificent towards adversaries or foes, and those that are, are all too wary of wolves in sheep’s clothing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

When you say redemption I am forced to think religion!. I think redemption is different from forgiveness!. If you did wrong to someone, they may or may not forgive!. You really have no control over that!.
However, whether they forgive you or not you can only be redeemed by God!. And for one to get redemption, they have to truly repent their sins!.

On the other hand, a pastor once preached that he some people that came up for blessings were "beyond redemption"!. I don't know if that is true but his point was that they went so far they can't come back!. I don't know if defying God would get you in that place but I personally believe that God forgives those who are genuinely sorry for their sins!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

(theology) the act of delivering from sin or saving from evil
repayment of the principal amount of a debt or security at or before maturity (as when a corporation repurchases its own stock)
the act of purchasing back something previously sold**

When taking out the theology one is left with repayment of debts!. I think everyone has some sort of debt to repay whether it is financial or otherwise!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think it's more a question of balance!.Can great evil be balanced out by performing/being good!.For example,Were I a life saving surgeon who has saved dozens of lives, would it balance the fact that I raped/murdered ten woman!?I don't think any rational being would sanction that!.Great evil exists!.If the religions of the world can forgive them at deaths door, that's between them and their god!.And if they're right when you do meet god,God might have a different view!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I like to think that, but how can someone who was a cold cruel person expect to be forgiven just because on his or her deathbed a priest says the magic words "You are forgiven!."
I don't think it can quite work that way!. I think you have to have at least tried to make amends for being a dirtbag!.
But then again if this one person I knew can be forgiven then we all have a shot!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

True redemption can only come from those you wronged!. If you killed someone, then it is possible to be redeemed if you make it so that others don't suffer the same fate-but this is a matter of great contention among those who have been wronged in the past!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

for us… redemption is the positive results of a personal conversation we have within our heart about wrongs we have done… so yes there is redemption for everyone who seeks it… the price is even negotiable… we’re calm, we’re cool, we’re gonna be okay…Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think the point is moot!. What do we need to be redeemed about!? We were created to experience life, so where is the need for redemption!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
