Question: Should I write my first philosophical work as an essay or novel, & where should I publish it online!?
I'd like to write it as a one-way conversation, like Camus' The Fall or how Dawkins brings across his points in The God Delusion!. I'm not interested in 'stories' much and essays seem a bit dry, so this seems like a middle way!. Is it a good approach!?

I can publish it all on my blog, or maybe there's a website for these types of things!. Noone will read it, but I don't really care; I just want it 'out' somewhere!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Everyone's first work sucks, so don't worry about that!. Just write it for the sake of writing it!. Write as much as you can say, but say something meaningful!. If it's only an essay, oh well!. If it's a book, fantastic!. It'll probably be about 4 or 5 works before you say anything worthwhile!. Don't be discouraged!. You're growing with every step!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ok first I like the one way discussion idea however it is important to do 2 things in this, number 1 is state your reasons for your ideas if you can't convince yourself you have no right trying to convince others, and 2 is to make sure the reader understands when you switch topics sometimes it is hard to tell!. The second thing I want to bring up is this; if you are going to write a book be it a novel, a essay, or a self narrated third person account of history, look to a small but reputable publishing company to publish your work then you can advertise for free on your blog, and if you mention your blog in your book you'll get more traffic!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

What ever way is the most comfortable for you!.
If you write within your comfort zone it comes off much better than if you force yourself to go into a dry or lengthy diatribe!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

preach on the subway!. that's always interesting!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
