I don't hide them I let them go!.

Only you are responsible for what you do, think and feel!. You can choose to hold on to painful events, like a weight around your neck, or you can choose to remove that burden by releasing it (giving it no more emotional energy and therefore power) and living a happier life despite past circumstances!. Many moons ago a giant terrorized the land killing humans and eating their hearts!. Most humans hid out of fear, but one man came about and laid where the giant would tread pretending to be dead!. The giant coming upon the man, took him to his home and was about to prepare the dead like man, but realized he needed wood for the fire and went outside!.

The dead like man took the giant's son at knife point and made him tell him where the giant's heart pumped!. The son told the man that the giant's heart was hidden in his left heal!. The dead like man waited and stabbed the giant in the foot killing him!.

Though dead, the giant could still be heard and he cackled he would suck man's blood until the end of time!.

In fear the man chopped and burned the giant!. Then he put the ashes in the air!. As the wind blew mosquitoes began to swarm and the cackle became a buzz!.

There is no hiding the ashes!. But ashes aren't Giants, they are just a nuisance!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I usually cover it all up with my reasoning, it's just too bad the wind sometimes blows out the dust!.

But I learned how to deal with it after a while, thank god because breathing in ashes isn't healthy for the lungs!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
