You raise several issues, so I'll take them in order!.

"In the first movie, how does Neo enter the cave or the matrix!. It's not possible!."

He, like most other humans, had been born in a capsule, and had grown up his whole life hooked up to the matrix, never knowing that he was really a body in a vat!.

"He had been released from the capsule!. So how can he go back!?"

Um, same way you can get back onto the Internet after leaving it for a while!. Except they use a direct neural interface rather than a screen & keyboard!.

Or were you asking how he could _choose_ to go back after having tasted reality outside the matrix!? Well, like the man in Plato's cave who experiences the real world outside the cave, he wants to go back in to try to help his fellow deluded prisoners!.

"One of the characters had made a woman that wore some red dress!. How can they do that if they were in the matrix!?"

The guy who created the woman in the red dress was, like Neo, freed from the matrix!. He was no longer under its control!. Once you know the matrix is just a computer virtual-reality illusion, you can create your own programs (in this case, the woman in the red dress) and run them in a separate, mini-matrix!.
