Appreciate what I have!. And just RELAX!. the problem with most people is that they are too critical of others and at the same time dont know how to relax and always get upset over little things!. They are often too demanding of others and too demanding of themselves!.

We cant all be lance armstrong and win the tour de france 7 times or possibly again for the 8th time!. We cant all be olympic athletes!. We cant all be rock stars, movie stars or billionaires!. We can however set small goals and achieve them!. Be happy with the tiny accomplishments as smaller people!. Be happy with our loved ones!. Enjoy the fresh air!. Enjoy the view!. Enjoy the freedom you have!.
