Question: How do you interpret the concept of "time"!?
do you see time as a physical aspect, such as part of the theory of 'special relativity' where time is a 'fabric' of space, known as space-time!? or do you see time in the philosophical sense where time can be presented as "enternalism, presentism or possiblism"!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

if you belive that perception is a prerequisite for existence, then the two views are not mutually exclusive!.

time is a physical aspect, the perception of which may or may not be accurate, and can be influenced by the mind

time exist physicaly as a fourth deminsion through which all matter moves in a linear fashion, eternaly foward, never in back

our perception of time is the proof that it exists, as anything that can be percieved must exist as a reality!.

for what it's worth, that dosen't mean that anything that exist can be percieved, Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes ,, eternalist captures philosophically simultaneity and eternity!.!.!.

man is a measure, time is a measurement of space!.!.

if we see each succesive dimension
spurring from the nexus of the previous one,
then we can see that time is measured through space!.!.
and when locality and temporality are fixed,,
then within that locus is the fifth dimension
the whole within
the quintessential spirit world,,,

everything is happening all at once!.!.!.
the center of anything is everywhere!.!.!.
eternity is all ways here now!.

most folks wont agree what this now/here man can see
believing is seeing
in to it~intuit intone~in to one

I would suppose both of those views can be valid, even just based off the short descriptions you gave for each!. If I had more knowledge on those two concepts, I would be happy to give you a definate answer!.

However, I also believe time can be percieved by the mind, and that your mind plays a direct connection with YOUR perception of time!. Examples:

When you are having fun, you tend not to notice time!. Esspecially when you are online, or playing a video game (in my experience)!.

When you are calm and at peace, time may move slightly slower!.

When you forget to check the time (such as when you are online), time seems to fly!.

When you are high (honestly), time seems to move to a crawl!. I am speaking, of course, about 'grass'!. I have not tried, nor will I, any other 'drugs'!. (I consider 'grass' to be a natural substance)!.

It depends on a personal belief and perception, while both the earlier theories carry merit as well!. I believe, ultimatly, that time may simply be reffered to as "inevitable"!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think of time as a sisal or grass rope!. Each strand is an event stream that begins and ends but is always twisted and intermixed with others!. The present is the end of the rope and the past is the rest of the rope!. The future does not yet exist because the event streams have not yet progressed to their completion as others have begun and are at various stages in their path of completion!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think time doesn't exist but is a creation of thought!. The only thing that exist is the present and the eternal now, and thought, still in the present, is of the past and thinks about the past and about the future when the past and the future doesn't actually exist!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i look at time in the sense of time well spent did i do something constructive with it physically or mentally just well spent i sadly waste a lot of time and spent it trying to cram it full of worthless crap just so it is filledWww@QuestionHome@Com

"Time" prevents everything from having already happened all at once!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
