Talk to them about it - without trying merely to justify yourself!. Sounds like an opportunity to learn something and build the friendship!. One great treasure of real friendship is never taking offense!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you think you did the right thing, it should not bother you negatively!. If you feel that you hurt him/her too much, then you must muster enough courage to get back to the person and genuinely apologize for your outburst!. It is as simple as that!. Put your ego onto the shelf if you want to regain your peace of mind!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I get the impression that this may have been a little more than just a telling off!. Otherwise why would you be so bothered by it!. Was this just another in a long line of hurts and it was finally enough!?!? Or do you feel this may have damaged your friendship, no matter how much it may have been warranted!. In either case, I suggest giving the friend and yourself some space for a few days!. Write down what is bothering you, it can be in the form of a letter or just however it comes out on the page!. Your friend isn't meant to see this!. It's to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings!. Then when you feel a little more ready, sit down with your friend and try to calmly discuss what happened!. Just don't wait too long!. If you both get through it your friendship may even be stronger!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You mean your solid peace of mind has been broken to pieces!. You should not have gone and hit a harder substance and that too with speed!. If you had gone slowly and steadily, it would not have broken into pieces!. Of course some mild swelling may be there!. Tell me is the mind made up of matter to be broken or is it made up of energy or spirit!? I got this doubt in between!. That is why I am raising!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think you need to decide if it was a fair thing to do!. Your friend is entitled to their thoughts and actions just as you are yours!. If you think your judgement is in error, then apologize!. If you regret making a judgement at all, then apologize!. If you think you were correct in doing what you did, then put the guilt aside and realize that you did the right thing and go on!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Only when you hear back from her about what you said!. If she is a dear friend call her back sooner rather than later!. Your friend will still be your friend no matter what!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
