I wish life was in a continual process of getting better!. I think it is in some ways and it definitely can be as long as there are enough people that make efforts toward this goal!. I wish it was more equal more than this though and I think that is one way that is essential for making it better!. I think being easier in some ways might make it better too but I think adversity is what makes us stronger people also!. The process is important rather than any desire for something you don't have!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It could be argued that one is a corollary of the other - ie if life was easier it would be better and vice versa!.

I guess the question wil only have meaning to those who perceive life as a struggle or difficult in the first place!.

Obviously those in absolute poverty, or even relative poverty, will probably be absorbed in a daily grind to make ends meet - if their lives became easier they would certainly be better!.

Once income reaches a certain level, however, it stops being such a factor on our perceptions and we may have the 'luxury' of having other concerns which prevent us from seeing life as 'easy'!.

Of course, many people have no wish for an easy life - they work hard, even when financial circumstances don't require them to, because the achievement of work allows them to construe life as better and life would be poorer without such achievement!.

Personally, life would be better if things such as deaths in the family, ill health and crime hadn't happened - so this is what I would wish for should anyone happen to have a magic wand handyWww@QuestionHome@Com

It's only natural to wish for an easier and better life, who doesn't! The purpose of it all is to bring us to a realization that life is a great spiritual school for us to learn by!. We get to know ourselves by our reactions to life and others because what we see in others is usually a mirror of ourselves!.

There is a special point in our understanding of life wherein we learn to live in the world and yet not be of it, to remain unattached, unaffected by whatever comes our way!. When a situation requires our attention, we give it wisely and with clear insight!. For years I have been trying to make life easier, but that looks almost impossible!. On the other hand, if life is better in terms of satisfaction, then all the effort and hard work that goes into making it such a life is worth it!. Easy life is a mirage, appearing to be at hand but only to deceive!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. thus I have never stopped 'wishing' why I can't have an easy life since I seem never able to have it!! Not really!. I like my life!.

Life is what you make it out to be!. You could be swimming in it or swimming in sh1t, it doesn't matter!. But then again, I consider myself lucky and brought up in a relatively good environment!. Maybe if I were being tortured in Guantamo or dying of cancer, maybe I'd wish for something a little better!.

If you believe in the Bible, we humans are curse by the very God we are suppose to worship to war and kill each other for eternity!. We are meant to suffer for our sins so!.!.!. by wishing for a better life we are actually going against God's wishes and curse!.

don’t think such a thing as an easy life exists!. I used to think way back when I was a kid, that money and love would do the trick!. But it is never so simple and so, I have just come to realize that life is not easy!. However I do that believe life can be made better!. And I can say that life has become better for me!. I have some money and I have love- lots and lots of it!. And I am thankful for the way things have turned out for me!.

But yeah, to give a real answer to your question, I would say that I would prefer wishing life was better…at least I know that can be achieved!.

I once heard someone say- it's not our circumstances that define happiness, it's our frame of mind (how we feel about our circumstances) Some live the rollercoaster life- up and down from day to day!. No one said life was meant to be easy or good - but a bit of both would be nice!. What do we have to put up with a the moment!? Banking issues, cost of everything rising (my salary doesn't rise as quick), mortgage issues the winter weather, the dark nights and cold mornings!.!.!.!.the list is endless!.
Life is what you make of it!.!.!.!.take each day as it comes and tackle things one at a time to ensure success!.
I realise there are more pressing issues in the world than the ones I have just mentioned but lets all get a grip on life and try to enjoy what short time we're here!.
