Question: How can you be inconsistent !?
If I am inconsistent, then I am consistent at something, which is being inconsistent!. Therefore I cannot be inconsistent because in doing so, I am being consistently inconsistent!. Thus negating the fact that I am being inconsistent in the first place!. So how can a person be inconsistent!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

You don't have to be consistent at being inconsistent!.
Anyways even if I was consistently inconsistent, I'm still inconsistent, even if I'm consistent at being inconsistent!. The two sets are referring to two different things!.

For example if I consistently show up at a different time to work everyday!.!.!.I am inconsistent in my showing up to work on time!. However I am consistently inconsistent!.
The inconsistency is a subset of consistency!.

If you really want an answer just do it mathematically!. A zero row in a matrix with a corresponding nonzero entry in the solution vector will always be inconsistent!. Consistently inconsistent!. Its still inconsistent!.
