Question: The name of the perfect narcotic!?

This is for a semi philosophical story about a brain implant that stimulates just the right areas of the brain to keep you in a perpetual bliss!. It "knows" when to heighten the production of endorphin, cortisone, adrenaline, dopamine, serotonin, etc!. depending on your needs!.
