I think that in the next 30 years, when we're low on oil and have done nothing about it, there will be worldwide panic !. In this panic some country will threaten to fire a nuke (by that time almost every country will have them) and every other country will too!. One will be the first to fire and set off a chain reaction!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Our sun will eventually grow large enough to burn us up but that's at least a billion years away and there is nothing we can do about it unless we find another similar planet in another galaxy!. But we may do ourselves in long before that with over population, war or a new disease show up we can't beat!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The planet will survive unless we completely destroy it!. Humans!? I give it another 10 years before 90% of us are gone!. The 10% left may or may not learn from our gross mistakes!. Just my opinion!.
