Question: Was the bail-out good!?
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
I suppose it remains to be seen, however, it did seem to be an act of desperation!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Regarding the $700 billion dollar bail-out as an answer to the USA's financial problem is naive and is a last-ditch attempt to calm down the over-blown stock markets which ride on the rich corporation's whim!.
Many companies will take advantage of the bail-out and use up the money, charging the government more money and making tax-payers suffer more!.
Without regulations and laws to protect the people and their money, the bail-out is just another scam run by the stock market and banks who got themselves into this mess!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you are bailing water out of a sinking ship, you must first plug the leak!.
All the bailing one can muster will accomplish nothing is this is not done first!.
The one that created the hole should be the first one thrown overboard!.

If one has even the smallest amount of "wisdom", one knows who created the hole!.

Don't reward a hole maker, throw them overboard!.

That remains to be seen!. Even if it DOES work, it was an incredibly expensive TEMPORARY fix-and that's all it is is temporary!. $700 billion would have done a hell of a lot more for the country in the hands of its people!. Funny how they think they can find funds for that but not for helping every day Joe(what's $1200 compared to this much!?!?)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's like reverse communism!. Take money from the people and give it to the rich!. Our free market's not free after all!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
