Ive asked myself this question many times!. During the chaos in my life I have never felt peace if my emotions relied on external events!. However, if I direct my attention inwards it is possible, but it is difficult!. I believe we cant help being emotionally involved once things in life leap across the table and hit us across the face, but we can find rest once the immediate situation has calmed down!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Chaos can internal as much as external!. So once you're able to chase the demons away from dancing on your shoulders taunting you, the physical world should be a piece of cake!.
