Question: If you were in my body, would you think like me!?

If you had my brain, does that mean you could only think like I think, and would you be any different than me!? Is there any difference between me being me and you being me!? Would being in my body, make you become "me", wondering what happened to you!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Remember, folks- this is a philosophy question, not a medical question on the actual possibility of transplanting a brain!.

The question is, essentially, are my thoughts and behaviors simply a manifestation of the physical structure of my brain and based solely on genetics, our have my life experiences shaped my thoughts and feelings over time!.

If you were somehow able to transfer my "mind" into your "brain" I believe my life experience would lead "your" thoughts and behavior to change instantly!. In other words, I think our minds are affected much more by environment, and not so much by genetics!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I cannot think like you unless I've been where you've been and experienced everything you experienced since birth!. Had I been put in your shoes, I would still think like me if I still had my own memories even if I had gotten all of yours!. Now, had I lost all my memories and gained all of yours I would probably think similar but not exactly the same as you because I spent a large portion of my life being someone else!. The experience itself would remain even if only in my subconscious!. All our senses and everything we know, believe, remember, feel, or anything comes from our own brain!. Essentially our body works for our brain and we are our brain!. When you sleep and dream at night your body shuts down and your brain works at a very low capacity which is why retarded dreams that make no sense when you wake up seemed so realistic when you were sleeping!. Because the real issue here is the concept Of "I" which is something that I real very difficult for us all to I-dentify with!. I am going to guess that if my Spiritual Essence, became manifest in your flesh!.!.!.!.I would retain my Self-Awareness and your body would change form to align with my energetic dynamic!.
I also, suppose that my awareness of having an alternative physical appearance would affect my in-flow and out-flow of feelings and responses to the outside world, changing then the inner world of my essential Being!. Merging Consciousness and Matter, will create a Newer version of both of us!.!.!.!.!.so the results would be both of us being altered!.
