Question: How do the rationalist and religions views foster a concept of the human as being at odds with nature!? !?

I think the concept of man in conflict (or at odds) with nature has come about from the fact for most of mans history man HAS been at odds with nature!. Religious or Rational views have little to do with it

Other than the last 100 or so years man has been battle nature to survive!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. survive harsh weather, survive wild animals, etc!.!.!.!.!.!. It is very recently that the idea of saving nature and being in harmony with nature have really grown!.
