Finding yourself!.!.!.!.one of those crazy buzz word catch phrases, covering everything from making decisions to knowing what color you like to wear!.
How do you do it!? You don't!.!.!.you forget you ever heard that phrase and instead, learn the words!.!.!.introspection, relfection, morals, values, ethics, pride!.
What it basically means (sorry about the above diatribe but I am heartily sick of people throwing these stupid phrases around without a clue themselves of what it means, or what other people will take it to mean, its exasperating!!!! And no, I don';t mean YOU when I say stupid people, I mean the people who use it like!.!.!.you have to find yourself to find happiness!.!.!.or I went to this awesome retreat and found myself)
Anyway, what it basically means is examining yourself, learning what you are all about!. Instead of blindly following the crowd, doing whats popular, agreeing with your mouth when your heart knows its wrong!.
Introspection!.!.!.spending time getting to know how and what you feel!.!.!.whats important to you!.!.!.what you truly want!.!.!.what you honestly need!.!.!.becoming familiar with and learning to approve of everything you are!. Short, tall, skinny, fat, peaceful, athletic, submissive, forgiving, holding grudges, etc, etc, etc!. And then, living it!. Stand up for what you believe in, don't be afraid to disagree, have a voice, be true to yourself, wear purple, live in Omaha, whatever it is that makes your outer life agree with your inner one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you don't know who you are, how do you expect to help others in any way!? You need to start with a base before you help others!. Or say you wanted to voice your opinion about something!. You can't truly do that until you know a bit about yourself!. That's personally what I think!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In my opinion, there is no purpose to find oneself!. It's pointless!. You are who you are!.
