I think you realize alot about yourself when you look back on your life!. You can see yourself as what you like but when you look back and see the actions and events that have happened in your life it shows who you truly are!. I forget the player but I read a autobiography about a baseball player in the early 1900's!. He wasnt the nicest or best person to be around!. After his career was over he changed his was!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Humans use perception ie, sight, hearing, touch, to form observations about things!. We then take these bits of information and string them together to form knowledge of a thing!. We then form knowledge into chains that allow us to form concepts!. Much the same process happens when one makes observations about their own life and experiences!. Writing down ones observations can be very cathartic!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
