the word youre looking for is "ευδαιμον?α," or bliss!.!.

the reason it can be spelled eudemonia or eudaimonia is because the combination of ai (αι) makes the sound "eh"

so, phonetically, the first translation would be correct, and
the third is more true to the greek spelling

in greek it is pronounced

ev- (as in ever)
de- (th as in the)
mo-
nEE- (accent on the long e syllable)
