I am proud of being human because I can Think, I can Love, I can Feel!.
I can also improve myself, being a better person!.

To be born as a human was not of my choice!. It happened!. To make this birth a proud and cherishable one was of my choice !. And still is !. I have cultivated this by auto suggestion !. First , I have a high self esteem which , in effect, means I am proud of being what I am !.!. Secondly , I am proud that I have been accepted by by a small group of people around me with whom I react constantly!.!. But beyond this small boundary I cannot lay claim to anything to feel proud of!. This is because I am over awed by others` achievement and in comparison I pale!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

We should be proud!. Why not!? We have problems and did many things, but we are smart enough to know that we did something big as well!. We created civilization and I think we are the only animals able to travel in space!. Planet earth might be destroyed, but I think people will still survive!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

No!. And I do not understand why humans try to destroy anything that makes us human!. I!.e!.: abortion (what is more "human" or natural than giving birth to a child!?); then euthanasia (again, the same, we should work on respecting and caring for our elders); wars (we destroy ourselves, how can that be "human", to kill somebody!?); rapes; abandonment of babies; destruction of the planet and animal species!? never even thought of the idea of being "proud to be human" or not!. I never really understood the concept of pride anyway!. Do I think I am better than other things because I am human!? No, but I do feel better than other things and people very often!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
