I feel the journey is much more important than your perceived goal or
destination!. You will learn much more by enjoying your journey and
embracing it, than by ignoring important moments or lessons in a rush
to achieve your goal!. Of course, it's possible you will find while on your
journey that your original goal is not as important as you thought, or that you really need to change your direction and go somewhere else!.
You may also get lost on this journey and neither learn nor reach any
goal!. Part of your journey is learning to be balanced in all phases of
life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Can there be a journey without a selected destination!? I don't know!.!.!. So if life is a journey, then the only possible destination is death!. I don't believe that!.

I believe instead in the 'flow' of life and go with it!. Sometimes you swim against the tide, and reach your desired destination, and at other times gracefully concede that it is too strong and instead of a selected destination, lands you at a totally new (and often more exciting) one!. So make the most of that!. Serendipity!. It's what all our lives are about, aren't they!?

And may it be well with you too!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ahhh!.!.!.the journey, my friend!

"Life is not race but a journey to be savored each step of the way!."

I used to believe in the value of the final destination!.!.!.I have missed a many beautiful scenic detours!.!.!.just impatiently trying to get where I was going!.
There isnt anything wrong with having purpose!.!.!.but I have discovered the awesome beauty of the journey as I go along my way!.
Meeting others, overcoming, witnessing miracles that having "Belief" can bring, falling in love with myself in new and different ways,!.!.!.oh the list just goes on and on!.

I am sorry, but I cannot see any consequence that is worthy of saying!. Ultimately I know, that I should Always see the greater good in my journey!.

Things may not always happen the way that I want them to!.!.!.but as I lean not unto my own understanding, and remember to surrender my intellect and what I think is best!.!.!.it always turns out leaving me!.!.!.shinier!

Much love, good question!.!.!.Peace!

I don't think anyone is realizing all the small journeys we take (and complete) while on the longer journey of life!. I say the journey is important to teach us along the way, to make us more appreciative of the completion of the journey/task/project!.

When a woman is pregnant, do you only look at the pregnancy!? No, we look toward the completion of her pregnancy and tell her the journey will be worth it once you see your child!. Then another journey begins of raising the child!.

When an artist is working on a project, does he/she only look at and find joy in working on it and not in seeing the final piece!? Does one not find joy and fulfillment in being able to swim or skate or ride a bike, but only in learning how to!? That doesn't make any sense!.

Just like one who only makes small journeys and never finishes what he/she starts is looked down upon and also never feels the satisfaction of seeing the fruits of their labor, to reap the harvest after working the fields for so long, tilling, seeding, watering, weeding, fertilizing, and then finally to set back and reap the harvest of all their hard work!. Like a paycheck!

And even in life as a whole, maybe so many people don't find the completion of life to be as fulfilling (if not more so) because they don't realize what they could have in the afterlife!.!.!.since it is also not just the completion but the beginning of eternity!. So, I kinda agree with the one who said that there is no purpose to the journey if there is nothing to look forward to!.

Now, the other you mentioned, "the aimed for"!. I believe that if you work hard for something and still are never able to achieve it or obtain it you still can find joy in what you learned!. You don't have to be sorrowful!. You should have been opened to learning something along the way if nothing more than this was not for you to have!. Mark it off the list and see what you can do!. Don't have a false faith in something that is usless or hopeless!. "Don't cast your pearls before the swine!."Www@QuestionHome@Com

I see them as components of the whole!. If you have nothing to aim for you will hit nothing and the journey has no purpose or meaning!.

Paul says it best that I know of!.!.!.
1 Corinthians 9:24
Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize!? Run in such a way as to get the prize!.

So that at the end we can say!.!.
2 Timothy 4:7
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith!.

Every action and choice has consequence either for good or evil!.

Journey = Life

The aimed for = My goal in life

Final destination = Death

So , for me , the aimed for is the most important , because we all go through the journey of life and we all face death but what really matters is the satisfaction resulted from achieving our goal in life!.

The way is set but how we walk it is not, both the way we walk that path and the place it leads to are of extreme imortance both must be taken into ultimate consideration if you are to excel as a person neither can be neglected in the slightest!.

there is no lesser of two evils both are evil!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The value is in the journey because no end destination can be truly known!. The value of life lies in every present moment not in past because it can not be changed and not in future because there is no knowing what is to come!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The jouney in life is more important than the destination because what and how the destination ends up to be depends on how the journey is treated!.
Spiritually speaking, I don't see it as a journey at all, more of a growth!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

neither, it is more important to have an open mind than to focus on the either the journey or the end: you can modify both according to what your open mind cognates!. maybe the journey or the end or even both will be obviated!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The journey has greater value for me!.!.

Because along the way, you get to TRULY live life and learn what you truly need and want!.!. It is where you enjoy the true meaning of life!. The journey completes your life's chapter!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you over value the means, the ends lose value!. If you over value the ends, then the means become tedious!. I think there has to be a balance when working on something!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

the journey, because every journey i've taken through life so far has been very hard and made the final destination so much more rewarding!. also without the journey there is no destination to be thankful forWww@QuestionHome@Com
