Question: "life isn't life without risk"!? waht do u think of it!?

Of course it is!. It boils down to past experiences and basic instincts!. Life has a range of factors, all of which carry varying degrees of risk and subsequently luck!. Some of us are more prudent than others, therefore one could argue "life isn't life without security"!. There are limitless manners of living, which are what make us unique individuals!. Past experiences, being a basis for our conscious decisions, dictate heavily how much fulfilment we want in life from any of our more "risky" decisions!.

Similarly, as with any species in the Animal Kingdom, staying safe is what we do instinctively (animal hears a rustle in the grass, animal is suspicious, etc)!. This kind of behaviour in humans boils down to superstition!. A happy existence can be with or without major risks, but it's the circumstances by which our choices arise that carry the element of chance with them!. This is outwith our control (and if it wasn't, we must have already made a choice)!. Surely then, to avoid a risky situation isn't as much a "free" choice, as it is an urge to act upon basic instincts!? And if so, we will never have absolute consciousness in what we ultimately "choose" and risk (in it's essence, not it's consequences) is trivial because it is a factor which we can't base a decision on!.

Taking a step back for a second and removing risk, would not greatly affect life as we know it (the world would simply be a more safe and stable place & we would adapt differently to this ideal)!. Removing all security most definitely would!Www@QuestionHome@Com
