The 1st one>"Of all the beings to be, the being of nothingness is the greatest" I"m not sure if its Leonardo DiVinci or Shakespeare!.

The 2nd one>"The great way is not difficult for those who have no preferences!. When love & hate are both absent everything becomes clear and undisguised!. However, make the smallest distinction, and heaven and earth of infinitely set apart!." I think the author comes from a eastern culture!. Not sure who, though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The first one is Sartre, from "Being and Nothingness", I imagine!.

The second one is more Taoist than Buddhist!. I'd look through Lao Tse, but I do not recognise it directly!.
