Legally speaking, no!. Con stands for convict, which means you have been convicted of a crime!. As far as black and white is concerned, you can never be "un-convicted" of doing things!.

However, societally speaking, we have something called "self-improvement," which allows us to atone for our (mis)deeds of the past, and that is acceptable!.

It depends on what your perspective is, but since I believe you are discussing more of the spirit than the letter, I would argue that yes, there is such a thing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You are a convict when you are in jail, and when you get out you are no longer a convict!. Ex-Con!. Doesn't mean your not still a bad or good person though!. Just means you've been convicted at least once!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
